Your Kilmore Quay Beetroot Salmon will arrive in one piece, ready for you to prepare and enjoy!
Cured fish should be eaten within 6 days. Keep refrigerated. Freezing - should be frozen immediately on delivery and consumed within 3 months. Do not re-freeze defrosted fish.

Provenance

All of our fish comes from sustainable sources and is of the highest quality and freshness. We source our salmon from farms in the open sea off the Scottish Hebrides and the cold, fresh waters of the fjords of Norway - areas that produce top quality salmon safely to very high standards.
