Fresh Wild Irish Crab Meat is caught off the coast of Rosslare in Co Wexford. The white meat which is hand picked is slightly sweet and salty. Rosslare Crab is just as good eaten hot as it is cold. Its great in soufflés, soups or salads & goes well with butter, cream and lemon.
Fresh Wild Irish Crab is a great source of protein, selenium, copper and vitamin B2.
