Fresh Wild Irish Monkfish Tails
€15.60 (800g)
Wild Irish Monkfish Tails are prized for their tenderness and mild flavour similar to lobster meat. The term 'tail' simply refers to what is left of the fish once the head is removed. The tail has just one bone down the center splitting it into two fillets, which makes for easy preparation. They have a firm, dense texture, and are versatile. When cooked on the bone, they retain succulence and flavour.
Wild Irish Monkfish is high in Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Vitamins B6, B12 and antioxidants.
